Kheloexch and India’s online gaming framework
Kheloexch India rules must be read against India’s national online gaming framework. The government describes a ban on online money games, their promotion and financial facilitation. A brand’s product labels and an accessible web page do not establish an exception.
What the official framework says
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 addresses online money games while supporting distinct categories such as social games and e-sports. The government’s explanation of the 2026 rules states that they came into force on 1 May 2026.
